All colored hair is a custom order and will need 7-14 working days to customize. Once a custom colored order is placed there are no refunds after it has been sent. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of being placed you will only relieve a partial refund. Please use the chat widget to speak to us before placing your order if you have any questions.
